How do I place an order?
You may place an order using the shop now tab under each collection.
Payment and Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 1-3 working days. This may extend to 5 in busy periods.
All UK orders over £10 qualify for free delivery and are sent second class with Royal Mail. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery on top of processing time.
Please note that these estimates are the extreme end of the scale and the majority of orders are received much sooner.
International orders are shipped without tracking. Please be in contact before purchasing for a delivery estimate.
International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
Returns & Refunds
If there is a problem with your order please contact us and we will issue a refund or replacement.
Our monthly subscriptions are dispatched on the 27th of every month. Subscribers are billed on the 12th of every month.
Our subscriptions are set up to automatically renew.
We always bill on the 12th of the month. This date is non-adjustable. As an active subscriber, you will be billed in the following way.
After your initial order, you will be automatically billed £10.00 on the 12th of every month.
If you sign up towards the end of the month, you will be charged first for the current month's box at the time of purchase and then again on the 12th of the next month for that month's box.
If you sign up after the 26th you will automatically receive the following months subscription and wont be billed on the 12th of the following month. But will be billed on the 12th of every month after that.
Skipping a month
You can skip at any time by logging in to your account (you can log in by clicking on the account icon at the top right hand side next to my basket) and clicking skip.
Please note you are billed on the 12th so you need to skip before you are billed that month.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time by
- Log into your account
- Visit your Account Settings
- Select Cancel My Subscription.
